- People are stupid, this song was writen for Hicks, he was a very close friend to the members of tol and guess what even opened up for them at a concert before he died. wow i hate it when people say they know alot about tihs band and hicks when they cant put simple pieces together. Just because the lyrics seem like they are damning a person, theyre not. theyre about how hicks knew about his cancer and was a good spirit about it and didnt worry about it.
